Very sad that this service has continued to get worse since we moved to the east mountains in July of last year. We pay for the "Guaranteed" 10Mbps connection but as you can see from the speed test posted below, we're barely better off than dial up.It's very disappointing - since when we first moved here the service was great. I don't know what has happened, but we're now experiencing problems with our connection dying entirely and the speeds dropping to this rediculously low level on almost a daily basis. This is interfering with our cell phone calls, online classes, home office work, and overall enjoyment. We've called many, many times and while the support folks are polite, they've continued to promise a fix for well over six months now. There are other options out here, but we wanted to support a local company and small business. We need a permenant solution to this or we'll be forced to look at other providers.At this point in time, it's very hard to recommend people consider Lobo Internet as an option out here. Great idea, poorly executed.

My in internet is currently down and Lobo’s website isn’t even working and their phone line has been busy for almost an hour. Our internet is what services our television and I also have school work I need to complete this weekend on the internet. Highly inconvenienced by the lack of customer service at Lobo Internet.

Called Lobo to get internet service at my property a guy by the name of Brian answered took my info cause he’s only a web designer as he told he’ll have his guy call me back he was very rude FYI. Nobody called me back. I called 2 days in a row cause we need service and same guy Brian answers both time I call him out on their poor customer service didn’t yell or cause or say anything negative besides they have poor customer service and he told me that they don’t want customers like myself if I’m going to complain. If that was my employee he’d be fired!!!

The speed of this internet is atrocious. Can't even stream videos on this service. Speeds consistently under 1 mbps. Avoid this provider at all costs!!!
