Overall Feedback:

Unfortunately, I was a customer of Local Lighthouse and experienced poor customer service and misrepresentation of services purchased. The persons in which I worked with were not consultative, instead they were combative to requests for understanding and opportunity for content improvement. Access to their reporting system within their LocalParc system was non-existing as it was down every time I logged in. Content was posted to the general public without my approval to ensure it conveyed the appropriate message. My experience has been unfortunate with less than 4 weeks activity.
