Elena is absolutely wonderful! She has a warm personality and was able to deliver a high quality product. My wife and I had an amazing experience with her from the moment we initiated contact until we received our video. We were able to plan our California wedding from NYC and Elena made it effortless. She went out of her way to accommodate our tight schedule and make us completely satisfied with our experience. She offered to meet with us in person prior to the wedding and on the day of the rehearsal to ensure she captured everything that was important to us. She is flexible and is very adept at understanding what we needed. Elena is very sweet and our family and friends loved working with her as well. She sent us our Short Video with a free video of the Speeches from our guests in less than 7 days. The videos were absolutely perfect. We did not need to ask her to change a thing! When we watched the video for the first time, we couldn't help but cry. Our families watch them over and over as well.
