It was awesome! M Marketing has a very positive work environment. Everyone working towards individual goals helps achieve the overall goals of the company. The management team is super supportive and fun! They truly have a winning team enforce high standards. People are not micromanaged and are expected to do a great job no matter what. Great opportunity for people who want to get experience and grow to their highest potential!

Stay Away! It is a pyramid scheme without being a pyramid scheme. I got sucked into their program for a few months and it was miserable and felt like I was stuck in a revolving door. The company only cares about themselves and making money. They omit a lot of things during the interview and hiring process. When you ask questions during the interview process they don't give you straight answers and tell you that a lot of those questions will be answered upon hire. 99% of companies that you apply to tell you everything up front. Such as pay, benefits, health insurance etc. The pay scale is not accurate at all. You do not make even close to the amount they say you will. Even the top performers did not make even close to what they said you would make. Doing commission they take out over 30% for taxes which is way higher than normal so you loose a lot of your pay to that. This may seem like a fantastic opportunity but it is not. Once people realize what this position really is they quit, and the office doesn't talk about the people who leave and if you ask where someone went, they say they left due to personal reasons. People come and go so fast at that company it's crazy. This job is not as much about "management" as it is about going door to door sales, which is not 100% clear in the position that they advertise for. Cydcor is the organization that designed this program. They have been in operation since 1994 and have about 300 offices throughout the country. My thinking is that if this program worked how it is supposed to then why aren't there more offices? Unless you are looking for 100% commission for sales and OK with not getting any pay then this job is for you. Don't fall for the lies that this program will get you to the management level. There are people who have been at M Marketing for a while now who have not advanced in the time frame that they promise. Just stay away and don't waste your time with them. Its not worth it in the long run as 95% of the people that get hired just leave anyways.

The management is good, but feels like they are using individuals for linear company marketing. They interview candidates everyday to increase their presence in the market. Overall the team seem good.
