Working with Magnetiks has been a blessing. These guys really know what they are doing and they speak to you in language you understand. They don't make you FEEL stupid for not KNOWING what they know. They get results and they have good ole Texas customer service. You owe it to yourself to call and talk to Wesley. You'll see what I am talking about.

Although I cannot comment on the quality of the services they provide, this review stands as a WARNING to potential customers. Wesley Padgett (owner of Magnetiks) has a serious integrity problem. On 7/12/18, I gave him a deposit of over $1,600 to begin SEO work for my business website. Before any work commenced, on 7/14/18 I notified him that I had decided to cancel our contract (within 3 business days in accordance with Federal and Texas law) and that I was requesting a refund. We met in person to discuss and he said he would send me a refund. A month later and I still have no refund. During the past 4 weeks, I have asked him several times, and what I get is excuses and delay tactics (and presumably lies). He has promised me "by the end of the week" at least 3 times. No more waiting - it's time to let the public know how he handles his business. The next step is legal action. I will update this review once the situation is resolved.UPDATE APRIL 2019:Well, we finally had our day in court, and guess what? Wesley came prepared...to lie to the judge. AND, he brought his wife in to tell more lies! He tried to misrepresent that he had already done most of the work before I cancelled the contract (lie #1), and his wife misrepresented the details of the original contract I had signed (lie #2). Of course they "couldn't find" a copy of the contract to show to the judge. Thankfully, the judge saw right through it and issued a judgment in my favor in the amount of $1,608.75. Now to get working on collecting my money from these crooks...

Mr Wes is the Jedi Master of the web. If you want your website or business to come up on the google search, you must speak with this guy. If you do not have a mobile ready website, you are throwing good money out the door. Thanks for educating me on the ins and outs of SEO and just how important it is for my chiropractic office

BEWARE!!!!! These people can not deliver what they promise and are very dishonest. When I first spoke with Wesley I explained I wanted to work with a local company that did not use free lancers. He assured me they had a professional in house team that would complete the work and did not use free lancers. A month or so in I get an alert from yahoo hosting that someone is trying to access my account with incorrect login data once from Romania and once from India. After the second attempt I realized this was no coincidence I called Wesley and he admitted they are free lancers working for him but assured me they were professionals "BIG STRIKE" I don't like being lied to. Anyway problems we caught through this process were spelling and grammar mistakes, missing links, broken links, missing URL'S, wrong phone numbers and the list goes on and on. We also reduced our gross income for the first time in 8 years after they worked on our sites by about 25%. If I would have taken the time to go through their PORTFOLIO and call each customer I would have saved 13,000 + 25% of our gross income. Hope this helps someone out there.
