Not sure why there are bad reviews. The guy inside was very polite. The store itself was very clean. Quick and easy drop off of a fedex package. Thank you very much! Will definitely be back.

Last month I had emails to print out and ship. Then again a couple weeks later. They charged me twice as much as they did the first time. Shady, charges what they want. I let it slide and came back again “stupid me” this time for just copies, I told her a couple were of poor quality. She ignored me and continued to copy. She was in such a hurry to get out by 6 pm and told me “her boss doesn’t allow her to stay after 6 pm.” I told her she was serving a customer I’m sure it will be fine. She stomped to lock the door and asked if I wanted a bag for my copies that I told her were substandard. The girl was rude and grit her teeth and smiled as if it was difficult to try to provide excellent or even a little customer service and said “ you can leave them and we can do them tomorrow it’s 6 o’clock.” Through her fake smile and teethie grin. I told her “oh no that’s okay I’ll just know better next time.” I rather drive 25 miles to Rolla STAPLES and receive EXCELLENT customer service and at a quarter of the price, then to ever have to deal with these rude people and this store again. I wished I could leave 0 stars but it wouldn’t allow it.

A nice store to assist with shipping packages

Customer service was fine, but avoid it if possible. Easily more expensive than FedEx or UPS because you're just paying them to be a middle man. Options in ST.Robert are limited, but if you're military go on post to the UPS in the PX. Gave them a second opportunity to print a picture for my dads Father's Day gift- they do not have/use photo paper. That seems crazy to me, but certainly their right to not provide that service. Their website just gives the impression of a full photo service. Will not return for these reasons. Their business model doesn't make sense to me or provide value.

I have been using mailbox it for years. Even have a mail box account with them. This is way better than ups, FedEx or post office. I get frequent deliveries from all sources and I have never had a problem. They even send me a text message when I have mail or a package. The service I have recieved over the years is outstanding. I am greeted by name when I open the door and sometimes they have my packages ready, before I even get to the door. I was reading some of the other reviews and it disgusts me that some people expect free service through a 3rd party mail service. so next time you go to work or get a check in the mail take 10 dollars and throw it in the trash because you think everyone should work for free sometimes, so you should also. It is convenient to drop off packages and use there service. So be glad it's convenient or go find a fedex or ups. You will pay more for gas than to pay a small fee. Oh and while you are at mailbox it go next door to small cakes and demand they give you some icing because all you have is a cupcake with no icing. Smh.

Always send over 10 packages thru them. And my wife goes in and the owner tries to tell her she's taking up space and never buys anything when she clearly does. A lot of shipping labels thru online ... And should I say we are retired military(thru wounded warriors!!! So much for respect us after we spend a lot of money on. Shipping threw fed ex !!
