I found the account manager very personable and easy to work with. However, I just received my bag and realised my business ad was actually placed on an end of the bag which is only readable if the bag is expanded to fully open. I paid to have my ad placed on the back of the bag.

I used this firm for advertising. More like a co-branding with another major chain. Full of lies. Aggressive in getting your order but after that you don't hear from them. Wouldn't recommend to anyone for their business needs.

This is my 2nd time working with MARC, and I have a very bad experience the first time and when the salesperson call me back the second time, she promised they have changed and promised they would looks after the clients interest. I decided to give them a second chance but you know, what a mistake! Once I give them the order and make the payment. (BTW the payment was suppose to half the invoice, and the full balance is due when the graphic is finished and approved by me. But I was charged the full amount and when I checked my statement and tried to get back to the salesperson, she never returned my call and after many VM still have not heard from her). They will promise you a lot and once they get you signed the deal, good luck fellow up the promise. I will never work with them again!The manager did finally get back to me later and try to help out with my other issues, but I believe in customer service and should not wait so long to get any issues resolved and wasted everybody time.

Be aware this company is a scam. Do not waste your advertising money STAY AWAY!I was contacted by Wesley Ashton on February 15 2019 to co-brand my business with a successful market in Calgary ( Lina's Market). Since Lina's Market is an outstanding business we agreed to sign up for the shopping bag. They had promised high end art work which was included in the price and should have been completed within the month. Not only the art was not completed within the promised time, the communication had stopped as well. It took several emails before I got a response and finally a copy of the so called "high end" art work. The art work was so disappointing and insulting; I am sure a two year old would have done a better job. It was obvious they had taken 5 minutes to put it together to get me off their back. We submitted the art work ourselves on April 3, 2019 and approved the ad the same day as they give us only 24 hours to complete this process.The bags were supposed to be delivered in June. It's August now and still no bags and still no response to our numerous calls and emails.I finally had enough and told them that since they are not returning my calls and emails, I have no choice but to report them to BBB and to make sure the public and all other businesses are aware of their great service and empty promises. Just today I received an email from them stating that the bags will be in production very soon. I have explained that the shopping bag advertising is no good to my company now, as its the end of my busy season and I do not need to waste money on something that is after the fact.The only acceptable resolution at this point is a full refund of my money.I have done advertising with other companies and I have never been treated so poorly.
