We arrived in LA and my son's gaming computer was not working. We found Chris online and he answered the phone right away, gave me an accurate quote and had the work done on the same day. The computer is like new and Chris was a pleasure to work with. He patiently spoke to my son, was quick to diagnose and kept his word on the price. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Spilled coffee on the a dated Macbook Pro while on a cross country flight. First the keyboard died then the entire computer would not run. I found Chris via a Google search for computer repair near my hotel. Am I glad he came out on top of that search. 50 micro screws and a new keyboard later, I am good to go! Reasonably priced and in less than two days. He even picked it up and dropped it off! Choose Chris, you will be very happy.

Chris is great, I had my Macboock Pro laptop over at his shop to change the battery, it turns out the thing was glued to the machine, Chris told me about it and toke the time and effort to remove it as it wasn't an easy task. He kept me informed about the status of things as he also cleaned the system. I will recommend people to him anytime.

Chris is amazing! He always comes through for us when the "system goes down" or we have some other kind of computer or network issue, usually user error! He's quick to respond and fixes the issue in a timely manner. We don't know what we would do without him at our small non-profit! He's an awesome guy and even comes out to our golf tournament once a year to make sure we're all set-up and running properly out there! We would highly recommend Chris to anyone needing IT help!!

I needed to have my old laptop completely copied onto my new laptop and additionally have the windows 8 made to work like windows 7. I also needed this done over the weekend before the work week started-- Chris worked till 4am to get this done. Apparently the task was far more time consuming then we both anticipated as there was a massive amount of data and programs to be transferred and configured, and my previous IT guy had countless outlook account files spread across random folders on my pc. I also added to the complication because I did not remember any of the passwords for the accounts on the computer and he had to "recover" them. He was super patient with my level of computer illiteracy and I would absolutely use him again!

I hate technology but love the all the great things they do to my life, so one can probably say that I am an idiot who just buys things and lets other people take care of their installation and teach me how to use what I have just bought. That was excatly the case when I decided to buy an awesome new computer with high-tech stuff for movies and games. But, of course, I didn't know how to make them work so I called Chris, as recommended by a trusted friend, to do the dirty job for me. He was a miracle worker! It was a breeze to make an appointment with him and when he showed up and installed my new computer, he even found time to give some lessons on how these things are done. Now, I can fully enjoy the benefits of technology, thanks to Chris. Reasonably-priced with top quality service and support!
