It is not really a public place.. it is a business specialising in Loyalty programs. Motivational Solutions and related services..I would not know if we should be rating this company for anything.. As their range of services is customised therefore satisfaction would be pursued until customer is either happy or they will find the company not suitable for their needs... From an employee factor.. much can be written here. But this is not the place or forum to debate the merits or shortcomings ..Let's say the title of best place to work.. does not always apply.. It is always dependent on who is the current boss... of a division.Make your own conclusions...

Interviewed here for a position. The man who would have been my "boss" had on a tight polo with with tight jeans and braided belt the his cell phone clip was attached to. Things did not work out. Still not sure what they do here?

Maritz Motivation is comprised of many really dedicated and smart people. Although it's a big corporation, it doesn't feel that way. Maritz is a complex company, with many separate business entities, but Maritz Motivation is the company with the history that dates Maritz back more than 100 years (in the incentives and reward industry). Maritz Motivation provides a great deal of value to its clients, who span across the entire world. One of the best part about Maritz is it's emphasis on behavioral science and actionable insights. It's also a company who is doing business-changing, valuable work with AI. Great people = great company, and that's what Maritz Motivation is. If I had the choice to work with them as an employee or be their client, I'd have a tough decision to make.

I worked there for a short period of time. I am a degreed safety professional but needed work as I transitioned from independent consultant to my current employer. Maritz hired me and I worked there for four months. They were amazing.My wife went into the hospital for 11 days and had to have emergency surgery. Did I lose my job? No- they called to check on her. Marty puts people first, and the people there are A+. Plus the work is fun
