"WARNING READ THIS NOW"I have to Say that Media Heroes Are by Far the "WORST" Marketing Company Ever. We had 3 Landing Pages designed by this company and a Google Ads Campaign created. 1." CAN NOT" Setup an Adwords Campaign (TO SAVE THEIR LIFE)The Questions we ask is "have you run Successful Campaigns for other companies in the our industry? Alister said yes! I find out that was a Lie. The entire Adwords account structure was wrong and all the Keywords did not even relate to a direct search user for an actionable Lead.They didn't even add any Negative keywords to the campaigns before going live. We spent that much money on click search terms that wasn't even closely related to a user actively seeking a plumbing service. I approached Alister on this matter and he said we will just add negative key works each day. I Had to tell him to add our negative keyword Lists to the campaign to help void this. WE DID NOT MAKE A RETURN ON INVESTIMENT AT ALL. "WE LOST THOUSANDS".This is how Bad Media Heroes ARE. I did a 1 day course on Setting up and running Google ad words campaigns. I get 37 x more leads from running my own campaigns then Media Heroes campaign. We Lost Thousands of dollars because of them.2. Landing Pages Built to Convert.We had had 3x landing pages built and they were terrible to a point that I had told Alister and John Ross that they were the worst landing pages I have ever seen in my life. Before they were built I had explained via email to Media heroes that anything they needed from us like (professional photos, videos and information) to let us know because all our current photos were not professional photos. They took 4 weeks to build the Landing pages and when they were building the pages, I had reviewed them and told John Ross "that they were terrible and to start again. He kept saying trust me "I am a Professional" he Is far from this. Alister also said he had reviewed the Landing Pages and said they were good. I also said to Alistair they were terrible. "Didn't Get a Reply" Alistair also has no idea. The landing Pages looked like a childhood built them. I ended up having to do the marketing side of content to the landing pages. When I told John Ross he said to me "ooh that is a good idea" what an idiot he is! I also said to him that the landing page will not convert. AND GUESS WHAT? I WAS CORRECT! I told them that the Landing Pages were setup to convert customers to submit a email submission form. We needed the landing page to be setup for call to action leads. Idiots! Kept telling them but didn't change it.Ever since I told JOHN ROSS that I will Split test the landing Pages to my original Landing pages. We received ZERO Conversions from they're so called Great Landing Pages. I have not even heard from them for 2 months. That is how bad they are. They put a note down on when we would be back from holidays and never got a response since.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEPOOR QUALITY OF WORKPOOR KNOWLEDGE POOR SKILLSDON'T CALL OR CONTACT THEM
