I'm an avid outdoors-man and I rely on dependable gear. I have put the Microseven Cams to the test by installing them at marinas (all Seasons) and out in the middle of the woods in the harshest of weather and environments along the east coast and out west. All my cams are still going strong. The Quality and user friendly application is fantastic. I've been working with Microseven Cams for several years and will continue for sure. Thanks to Microseven for such a great product and customer service! 5 stars is the highest I can rate but they are a 10 on a scale of 1-5

I own a dog daycare and have several Microseven cameras in our facility. Recently, we switched modems and routers and needed help setting everything back up. I can't believe how helpful and accessible Jim was. He was able to fix everything in minutes. We have only had positive experiences with Microseven. Cameras have been reasonably priced, service has been great, and the quality of video has been great as well. We will soon be adding more cameras and I'm glad we have the type of support we get from Microseven. The app is great too. Our customers love it!

The seller has indicated that our cameras are not working because of the hot climate we are in. They said we should have gotten the version with a cooler. There is no such version at the time of this writing or on any web site that advertises these cameras. We bought them when it was cool weather, unfortunately, so they did not fail within the 30 day return period.The seller now says that since Amazon sold them they have no ability to issue a refund. Amazon says this is not true.----------------------------------------UPDATE:The seller no longer responds to our requests for assistance. We can no longer get any help at all with our defective cameras. We would send them back for a refund but seller does not respond to our communications at all.Check out horrible picture we posted from their cameras.
