Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They've been printing books for my business for five years and are wonderful to work with. In the rare instance of a mistake, they fix it quickly. The online portal to send files and reorder products is a fantastic service.

Bad and unprofessional waste of time. We made repeated request for quotes, sales person had a poor grasp of the end technologies used in printing. This little detail led to several mixup in pricing and quotes. It presented the idea that company is using deceptive practices to markup pricing by claiming to be using technologies that they do not have. We finally went with an out of town/online company.

I have done business with Midtown for over 15 years. They have printed everything from business cards to presentation folders to specialty products. Always professional and on time. Graphics dept. is top notch.

They kept our invitations almost two weeks and we paid up front ! Then went to pick up and they had not done them! They said they could not do them! So they wasted our time and put us in a bind . Very incompetent and unprofessional!
