Poor customer service Eric came to my place of business trying to promote his business for the company business .He gave me a price in front of other people and then when I got there he change the price. And while we was discussing what he said to me out of the blue he says I don’t wanna argue with you. Why is it when you talk to people and because they’re wrong they say I don’t wanna argue ,we never had a argument we never raise their voice so I choose to keep my money in my pocket and go somewhere else. I will not support this place

Based on the reviews I thought my experience at Minute Men Press Catonsville would be great. Boy, was I wrong. It's clear Sandy goes "above and beyond" to try and be the rudest employee. I advise everyone to just drive the 10 extra minutes to the Columbia location.
