We moved here in may and power has gone off at least one a month. This is ridiculous. You need to get the power lines under ground.

I absolutely HATE this company. They over charge by a ridiculous amount and are slower than heck when you need something. They have no compassion I had a power line down because of a HUGE storm and they cut ALL power to my house because of it even in the 110 degree weather. They did not care one bit and told me to hire an electrician it's not their problem. Horrible business practices!

Terrible electric company! They fail tell you their auto payments takes 2 months to be affective and then doesn’t tell you that you missed a payment until a month later.

So because on your end, the automated payment system is down, therefore unable to accept payments over the phone OR online, my kids and i have to go until god knows when before we get our power back on??? Please tell me this is some kind of joke. Someone should have had this fixed asap. Completely unacceptable. 2 days now. Wait til monday they said. Um no, get it fixed or put someone else in charge. No reason people should have to go without electricity for days on end. Rant over.

I've been a customer of Mohave Electric for 15 years, and I've never been treated better by a utility in my life! I've never received a shareholder check from anyone, until my association with this company. Thanks for being honest and open, and thank you folks for all you do for the Kingman/Mohave Valley areas!

While installation of SMART METERS is seen as a benefit by your company (and maybe some members who are not knowledgeable about it's affect on health) I see it as detrimental to everyone's health due the EMF's they emit and the affect on our bodies (in addtion to those emitted by cell phones, etc). I wish they had never been invented (or installed) - the old way was best!

I lived near the Target in Bullhead for 2 years, and I never had any real issues with Mohave Electric. Their customer service was pretty good when I had an issue at the end, and they were courteous.

been with them 4 years. first time on pre paid and first time in over a year. I may run out before I get paid by 1 day. just called. they talk not listen.some how we make too much for agencies to help.busting my tail asking friends. there broke too. and making calls for me.and this can't in good faith wait maybe 13 hr till the next morning. we may run out late Wednesday. I get paid Thursdays 5 am sucks being disabled and married to a retired senior citizen.we pay our bills. pay our way in life.and paid our debts.to them just a number and profitable way to hurt.and be heartless as possible. shameless.update..a great friend just left to put money on my account fee got the worst rude treatment in the office. just to do a favor and help prevent and preempt cut off.shows truth how all there claims totally misleading
