My Fiat 500's gearbox broke one day when driving along the main road and I had to pull over to contact Momentum. On the phone they were so helpful, ensuring, first of all, I was in a safe location away from the busy road before continuing the call. After speaking to them and giving them details of the breakdown, I waited for help to come. He tried to fix the gearbox there and then but unfortunately it was something that needed to be replaced so put my car on the back of his truck and drove me back to Cheltenham from Gloucester to get to a garage. All very helpful, friendly and efficient.

It’s odd to note that these reviews are either gushingly fantastic or totally negative. I can only guess that the fantastic reviews are indeed fantasy and provided by either the owners or employees of Momentum and that the 1star reviews are from real customers. I’ve advised my daughter not to waste her money.

Excellent warranty company. I had an engine light problem with my newly purchased car and the people at momentum made the whole experience from breakdown to full repair effortless and straightforward. They went out of their way to explain what was and was not covered in my policy which eliminated any potential confusion. I would certainly recommend Momentum to my friends and family. I have had a couple of experiences over the past few weeks with having to claim on my warranty and I must say momentum warranties have handled each claim very quickly and efficiently paying out.I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend them highly

Had a gearbox failure on my Q7 which left us stranded, rang the garage from where I got car from, they soon contacted momentum and the car went in for repair, one week later I had it back with a complete gearbox rebuild, best service I have ever had from anybody and would recommend momentum warranties to anyone, many thanks and well done all 👍
