Contrary to some of the previous reviews, our experience with Moslow was overwhelmingly positive. We were on a very tight deadline. Karin in customer service was terrific - extremely efficient in helping us. She advised me on what products would be available in our time frame, was very patient as I changed my order several times, promised to have the items to me prior to our client's event and then delivered them a full week earlier than that date, allowing us to hand deliver the finished product ahead of schedule. The boxes are perfect for our medallions, created a professional presentation and our clients are delighted. The quality of the items exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier and will definitely work with Moslow again in the future.

They couldn't meet a deadline if their lives depended on it. You can follow up all you want and they will tell you, your order is shipping on time. As soon as you call for tracking..."I'll need to call you back". They NEVER call back. The only way to get any answer is to say you're not hanging up until someone give you an answer. Only then will you find out that your order is going to be a week to two weeks late. I guarantee they miss that date too. I think their company motto is "Ignore them and they will go away". Updated 3/27/2017. The owner of Moslow Wood Products called me today after seeing my post. He could have been outraged by the post, but instead said it was eye awakening. He apologized several times and said they need to work on communication. I have a great deal of respect for someone that owns their mistakes.....because we all make them. I hope they can fix some of the issues because I would like to use them again. I did not mention this in the original post, but the quality they put out is top notch. I just hope their service catches up to the quality.
