THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVIVE. If you have alabel and just want to drop the package off, great. But if you need help, good luck. They are not going to help you. This has happened to me 3x. I don't know why I ever went back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. EVER.

I've been a customer of the Most Office for years & never had a complaint until now. Went in to mail a package and was quoted a high amount. Took same package to the UPS store and was quoted $27 LESS. I called the Most Office and told him, he said "well good for you" when I asked why his price was so much more he said "I don't know what to tell you" then HUNG UP ON ME. Very disappointed in this HORRIBLE customer service.

They charged me two dollars to print out one piece of paper I questioned The price and the owner was very rude in front of other customers. Very rude. I’m reporting this to FedEx and I also would not recommend this place

I have been using The Most Office for over 10 years. Tremendous service and the owner always goes the extra mile. Much better than big box or usps Westminster

This place is great. The two guys behind the counter are on top of their game. I Went in there the first time because I was in Leominster, not Worcester where I usually drop my FedEx package off. This place (I believe) is the sole store front FedEx drop location in Leominster, the other option is a drop box. Their FedEx pick up was 4pm for ground and 4:30 for express. The second time I went in there was today. I had a return to ship. My return was a rather large box containing an electronic cooking device. The fellow behind the counter picked out everything I needed to ship the package properly. Put plenty of both bubble wrap and shipping paper padding in the box. Taped it perfectly and slapped on my return label for me. $5.25 with tax, I almost wanted to give the guy a tip. If their overnight shipping was later than 6 PM I would use them as my primary shipping location.update 12/5/18: I went into this place again after a year or so of not visiting. The same guy working there and the same great service!
