Poor Results. We, Albany Light Truck & Car Repair, are already the largest Automotive Service Facility in Albany NY and we are seeking to reach a new set of customers. I admit I know little about Marketing so I did exactly the recommendations that Mudlick Mail proposed. After $Thousands of dollars of advertising 2 campaigns, we saw only a few new customers. When questioning Mudlick about our results, they showed me some figures that showed how much revenue their mailing generated. I don't know how they arrived at their figures but I can assure you we got just a few new customers and they were only came for the generous coupons we advertised. The owner of Mudlick emailed me and when I told him our results, I got no reply. Sorry for the bad review but after the poor results, I expect at least a return email from the owner.

Mudlick has done a fabulous job with our mailers - everything from the demographic research, to the design of the postcard. They matched a price we had previously gotten with a different company and the overall experience has been much more positive than with the other we were working with. After launching one campaign, we recently set up two more and are looking forward to seeing the results. Brent is such a pleasure to work with! He goes above and beyond in his customer service. We even received a box of cookies as a thank you after our first mailers went out.

Honestly, I did not expect much dealing with these folks having had bad experiences with direct mail companies in the past. I can honestly say one of the best experiences recently Ive had with any B2B provider. Great service, quick, easy, affordable.

8 years ago when I opened up my shop, I used these people based on the reviews I read. I spent about 4K on a direct mail program. I received 3 customers, NONE of which are still doing business with me. I was promised a .5% return or I was to receive 1/2 my money back or another mailing, free of charge. When I contacted them, they attempted to blame me stating that I wasn't picking up the phone and/or I wasn't honoring the coupons. That's nonsense. I requested they give me 1/2 the money back and I received no replies after at least 4 e-mails to the owner. You may be wondering why I waited so long. Honestly, I had chalked it up to experience and put it behind me. However, in the past 2 months I have received 2 mailers from them talking about how wonderful their company is. It brought back numerous bad memories. That's why I am posting now. Beware. You may want to try a local person, as I did who may give you better results as I have received at a lower price.

Mudlick Mail is the best marketing decision we have made yet. Our business has literally blown up in new customers ever since we started sending out their mailers. John is the man! He responds immediately whenever we need anything, and is always cheering us on. Highly recommend to any business that wants to grow!

We live in Wisconsin and decided to do marketing with Mudlick to promote our business with direct mailers. Les was our consultant and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He was very detailed on our goal and he was able to successfully market our areas of business area as if he was local. Thanks to Les at Mudlick for improving our business beyond our goal of 3%! I was also nice that they sent us cookies as appreciation for our business which is a nice southern touch.

They get all of your clients data, but the owner owns Service Street franchises! Talk about a conflict of interest! He even opened up a shop next to one of his current mudlick mail clients without telling him! WOW! I would move on to another company if I were you!

I have been using Mudlick for 3 months currently for an auto repair business and have used them at other locations in the past as well. Direct mail is just one form of advertising, I also do google ad words, yelp advertising, and website SEO. The one thing I can say is mudlick is the cheapest way to get new customers in the door. Generally speaking in a 3 month campaign you will earn all your money back and have numerous amounts of new customers. This business is a recently new and opened in January 2017 and mudlick provides exactly what it needs, new customers and awareness in the neighborhood. My rep is Brent Headley and he is very good with following up. There online tool that syncs with your point of sale is one of the best tools to show you your return in investment accurately so there is no guess work. I have always been happy with Mudlicks results.
