Absolutely horrible service. I placed an order a month and half before my event. I was promised I would get it 2 weeks before the event, only to get a call less than 2 weeks from my event to say they didn't have the product in stock and they were sorry. They screwed me big time.

The Worst Company I ever dealt with. They completely forgot to put my order on production.

Sales reps keep calling about our account with them, even though we've never ordered from this company. Have asked them to remove us from their database, but they keep calling. Today's sales rep actually hung up on me while I was asking to to confirm our removal. If you want to deal with pushy, belligerent sales people calling you a couple of times each week, I guess this is the company to go with.

Our business loves Myron. We order our pens through them and most recently ordered handy notebooks for our staff to use in the field with our logo added to the front. Their customer service is great! Every time we've ordered, they've been thorough and the experience always makes us want to come back. Thanks, Myron!

Extremely disappointed they would not honor the offer/ad they were running. First it was "that offer was an error and corrected immediately". Since I had screen shots (and know I first saw it like 2 wks ago), it then went to it was my fault as my "cache has not been cleared that's why I'm still seeing the mistaken offer" that was supposedly corrected immediately. When I went step by step through where the ad was CURRENTLY running, there wasn't the same argument/blame on me, but still no offer to honor what they were advertising. Not my idea of customer service. All you had to do was honor the ad you were currently running and you would have a new customer who places frequent orders on promo materials. Instead, you've proven you are not a company I want to work with.

Love this place. They have great pens, notebooks, and other products. The service was great for 2 orders. They also send me personalized merchandise for my business as an example of what I can offer customers. Very generous of them.

Our company has been buying pens from Myron for a while. The value of the Celena stylus pen is extraordinary. Customers regularly comment on how nice they are. It is the sort of product you would expect to cost $2-$3, but they are only $.99!!! What an easy way to gain favor with customers by giving away such a terrific pen. Our salesman Ivan Monteiro is excellent. Thanks to the team at Myron!

Very impressed! We at HotSpring Spas and Pool Tables 2 purchased a small order of regular pens with our logo on them. Ornel cared enough to call us to ask how the pens worked out. Simple pens. If that doesn't show tenacity and customer service, not sure what does.
