I called Kevin in a panic. My Website was completely down, partially deleted and nonfunctional. Kevin, in a calm manner took over from there. He kept me informed every step of of the way from what he found, recovery and bringing the website back to life. Kevin listened to me, heard what was important and implemented the correct plans. We are now in discussions being proactive rather than reactive, a place I like to be. Kevin and his team performed an outstanding job and I look forward to continuing my business relationship with him and his team.

When it comes to website development and design, Navitas Marketing is the first company I go to. I stumbled upon them via Google (hey there is some good SEO right there). Prior to using them, I had a very poor experience with a developer that "said they cared about our product" yet it never functioned properly and our relationship fizzled out. On the contrary, Navitas, not only expresses that they want our business to succeed, they put actions behind those words. They listened to the issues I faced as a business owner and built our website beyond our expectations. The owner even offered his own insights into how we could improve our product, and WE LISTENED. There is a reason why this company is thriving, it is because they deliver on their word and they are in it for the long haul with each and every one of their clients.

We had previously worked with a number of marketing firms and consultants, but we were never seeing the results we were hoping for. When Navitas Marketing took over our online marketing, we finally started to see significant increases in traffic to our website and we started getting more leads. They also introduced us to new ways to track the results of what they were doing for us. Their staff is very attentive and easy to work with, were mindful of appropriate budgets, and had creative ideas. They also made our printed materials look so much better, and helped us write the content. We love working with the Navitas team!
