Feedback:

We have switched account managers multiple times with little understanding why or how. Things started off great but have gone downhill a lot. Reports are late, deliverable items fall off and project management is lacking. Make sure you have support and contacts outside your account manager. The value for the money is not there. Sad because things started well and really have gone down and they are not doing much.
