I have done business with Netux Solutions for well over 12 years. Between my husband and me, we've purchased 5 computers, with the most recent purchase occurring on March 18, 2017. I have always received prompt and helpful service from sales associates who are not pushy, but full of helpful advice. The prices have been very reasonable as well!

Netux Solutions recovered the photos from a corrupted SD card for me. Almost all of them were saved! This was extra special because they were from when my daughter was born. The price was very reasonable too!! Thanks so much!!

For the past 10 years we've done all computer related business at Netux. We've purchased 4 computers, accessories, and service, as well as had numerous technology related questions answered. Every interaction proved helpful and I never received bad service. Even after moving out of the state, I still bring all computer related business to Netux Solutions.

Whenever I have gone in to Netux Solutions with my MacBook Pro and external hard drive, I would always explain my situation, then be told they can't do much until they perform their $60 diagnostic test.Long story short, I was doing a routine reformat where you delete your entire hard drive and reinstall for better performance. Everything was fine until I had to select which hard drive to install Snow Leopard on to and my hard drive did not show up. I took it to Netux, paid for the diagnostic test, and when I got my computer back it was in the same loop unable to do anything. I eventually found helpful people on Mac forums and Reddit.Applied Micro is one block away. Save your time and your money!
