Feedback:

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I've been on hold for 2 hours!!!

Feedback:

I would give a 0 if it was one of the choices. On hold for 45 minutes Friday, 20 minutes today finally gave up!

Feedback:

Staff is very rude not helpful in any way was on hold for over 2 hours just to be hung up on multiple Times

Feedback:

I call to be put on hold to be hung up on great service.

Feedback:

Wonderful customer service, short wait. NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC. Veterans, Police, etc.Inside, upstairs (or elevator). Quaint office. Staff goes above and beyond, extremely friendly.I have NEVER had problems here. I know, many, have had issues, but I don't blame the staff. It's the system that gets them cussed out. The staff are doing thier jobs the best they can, keeping bills paid and food on the table... just like you and I. The laws keep changing on all of us. If they bend the rules they get fired. If dealing with a frustrated person it can be difficult for any of us to hold a smile... but these people seem to have found a way to stay strong and smile on! Parking here is free. Handicap parking and accessible. Please don't forget to give me the thumbs up if you find my review helpful... Thanks

Feedback:

They refused to count my marriage certificate as valid legal proof of name change. They tried to tell me that changing your middle name to your maiden name is not allowed in the state of New Mexico. I even had my new social security card, which I procured IN NEW MEXICO, with my new name, as well as my birth certificate. They tried to tell me that my SS card wasn’t valid because my “middle name wasn’t legally valid”. Went to MVD express and paid the extra $30 and was done in 15 minutes. DON’T GO TO THE ST FRANCIS OFFICE!!! They’re awful.

Feedback:

Incompetent online system.

Feedback:

I came to NM from CA where the DMV has the worst reputation of any government agency ever. I have discovered that NM MVD has not disappointed in matching up with CA’s dismal reputation. I have tried since February 8 (it’s now the 28th) to resolve an issue with a title and registration matter for a manufactured home and have received nothing more than a run around and calls I have left at the “front desk” of the main office on S. St. Francis have not been returned. This is completely unacceptable for such an important agency to fail their customers like this. It is no wonder motor vehicle departments have such a terrible reputation.

Feedback:

Was turned away, ONLY MILITARY SERVICE.The lady at the desk was immediately rude and did not understand what I was asking for, after explaining I need a title and registration, THEN she say we are only doing military transactions. Why is every NM state employee lazy, rude and stupid ? No signs saying anything about like mired services. I served 6years in the US Navy, your welcome......This is why everyone is moving to Colorado. Incompetence, lazy, Spanish. Why are the no other races of people working at any state agency ? There was a huge hearing about this in Santa Fe, racist Spanish !!!!! They refuse to hire anyone not Spanish. FEDERAL CRIME !!!!!

Feedback:

worst entity in US. poor customer service., endless placement on hold and useless staff. do not recommend them at all. very upset.
