Our new patient numbers had been slowly dropping for the last few years so we reached out to New Patients Inc. to try to improve. They developed a comprehensive plan to address all areas of marketing for our practice and we definitely saw a steady increase over time. Now we have about doubled our new patient numbers! They have a great grasp on the dental field and what has worked over the years. Great decision for our practice!

I could not be happier with my NPI mailing campaign. I was EXTREMELY nervous to sign on with them. I hadn’t even owned my practice for a year and so I was hesitant to put much towards marketing. I also bought in a small, rural town and wasn’t sure my patient base would be receptive to mailers. Plus, you hear that everything should be geared more towards the internet. Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I’ve only had 2 or 3 mail drops and the response rate has been INCREDIBLE! I’m actually already having to expand my office by two operatories and my office administrator had to buy a hands-free headset because the phone rings off the hook. Partnering with NPI has been one of the best business decisions I have made so far!

NPI has been great to work with, from designing and implementing the direct mail campaign, to designing the website and handling its ongoing SEO etc. They are responsive and know the market. We credit much of the early success of the new office to their good work! And their podcasts are a great source of info, free to all.

I’ve been with NPI for the past year after purchasing an existing practice. I needed to rebrand, a new website and a web presence fast. NPI designed and amazing website, beautiful mailers and within 8 months I’m on the first page in google searches. Mark and Sal are awesome and they have a great team to back them up.

We have used New Patients Inc for over 10 years to help us with different marketing projects. I have always found them to be helpful, honest and on target with the challenges we face in our demographics. Their new products have helped us to increase our reviews across multiple platforms, which has been great. The online scheduling tool has been a hit as well with new patients and existing patients. We will continue to use NPI as we certainly see a ROI!
