I won't recommend this company to anyone as the owner of this company has a history of exploiting his employees especially interns and also holding back their salaries without any valid reason like he did mine. I worked as a full time employee here for about 8 months. Completed my all tasks on time. I gave my proper Resignation in the month of March clearly mentioning that I'm ready to serve 1 month notice period and in it's response i received my resignation acceptance letter in which there was no mention of notice period duration and only my last working date was mentioned. I was told that I'll receive my documents and my salary in 45 days but till this date i haven't received anything. I tried to talk to the HR and to my boss but the are not ready to release my salary. I'm not demanding for free money. I'm demanding money for my hard work. The owner of this company is a very miser person like i'll present one example: One international client came to our office and he got brownies for all the employees which we never got because our boss took the boxes back home. Brownie is not a luxury for people who are earning good enough but this shows what kind of a person Mr. Sumit Tayal (owner) is. There are many such instances.

FRAUDS !!!!!!I went there for an interview. They asked me to come again for 2nd round. I went there again. Aftee my 2nd round of interview , they made me wait for 2 hours. Discussed salary and later on fooled me that they will be providing me with the offer letter by evening.They fool people. Make people waste their time. They just try to show we are professionals. When I called them they said we have put you on hold.STOP FOOLING PEOPLE AND INVEST YOUR TIME IN BETTER THINGS. FRAUDS !!!!

I found New Vision Digital through Google as I was looking for a digital marketing agency near to my Noida based office. Firstly, they designed my website from scratch and final outcome was amazing. Afterwards NVD team started my digital campaign. I think they done well in digital campaign as I can see my website in Google. All Good so far.

I was running not so good website and When I first contacted to team NVD, I booked .co.uk domain as per their advice, for targeting UK market and to build a new website for my business. And that was a turning point for my business. I also availed digital marketing services from NVD and they did a decent job in Google organic search results as well as in SMO. They people are very talented and also good digital marketing company in Delhi NCR.
