Worst UPS store ever!!!! They didn’t ship my stuff back to Amazon and I didn’t get my refunds. You literally have one job! The Asian guy in this store needs to be fired. He always has the worst attitude. If you don’t like customer service, don’t work at UPS. He always looks dirty and when he scans my stuff it doesn’t make it to its destination. This store should be closed down. Such a waste.

I live in the neighborhood and use them all the time. They will come out to the car to get packages and process items immediately. Service is great.

Very professional and caring people. There was an issue with a package that the actual delivery person caused but they (UPS Store Swann Creek) worked with me to satisfy my claim! I will use them again in the future.

The owner told me to use my common sense when I asked him what time frame my package would arrive in. How rude!!! He told me I would have to call a customer service number or go online myself- that he didn't actually work for ups he was a private franchise owner so essentially he told me to F*** off because he was closing in 5 minutes and didn't want to help me- even though I had my package tracking number. I will be reporting this to corporate; he should not have a franchise license. I got more info from the website than the actual store owner.

I called to see about pricing on a mailbox and the RUDE young lady who took my call had an attitude, put me on hold ( though I could hear her whole conversation) and then HUNG UP on me. So since I was nearby, I went inside to let her know how rude she was! VERY unprofessional!
