Bad Experience with these guys, after over 6 months even the simplest website and blog failed to go up, work was carried out very slowly and we found ourselves chasing and pushing for every change to be carried out. They have an excellent service team that makes many promises but implementation is extremely weak.Also too many hidden charges, almost everything costs 'extra' being a non IT literate person the advise provided on these matters was incomplete to say the least.Extremely disappointing as we got nothing in the end and simply lost the deposit. I advise any small business out there not to use these firms, large projects are probably how they survive and small jobs are of no importance. Its best just get a freelancer in for a week or 10 days and pay them for that period and work.Eventually got my work done in 2 weeks with a freelancer at 20% of the rates they charge!
