Was punched in the stomach when I asked to speak directly to the owner, Mr Noel Edge. While I do not condone that behaviour, as a former boxer myself I will admit it was a great swing. It has been 5 days and my ribs are healing nicely.

Impersonal. Unwilling to offer simple black & white advice over the phone. "Yes" would have probably meant a decent job and, "no" would have saved me a buck.It had to be turned into a job, with the hourly rate and call out fee, for very simple advice. The guy was rude, and he "tried" to treat me like a fool.I'm pretty easy going, all it takes is for me to see some effort has been put into a job or service, things aren't perfect all of the time, I get that, but if you never got off your butt to begin with to even bother, or you try to be tricky, this review and similar is how you will be scored.

Poor customer service from David....Called the company twice to look for a tech but they refused to pass my message and asked me to go through the IVR again.The technicians are very knowledgable but the customer service is extremely poor and inefficient.

Thanks Chris and David for the quick turnaround replacing my wife's business computer hard drive and recovering all her business data off the crashed hard drive, she was stressing! She is all back up and running again, great service thank you!
