Saw an add on Facebook for new Apple AirPods for $140.00 so I went there to buy a pair.. I asked the employee why they were so cheap. Told me because there is a new model coming out. When I get home I see the serial number on the box does not match the serial number on the AirPods. I decide to call Apple to find out what’s going on and was told both those serial numbers were already attached to other Apple IDs.. So Sheldon Forgette and computer doctors are selling used AirPods that have been in other people’s ears as new. sounds like it sound be illegal for Hygiene reasons.. when I called computer doctors back the employee on the phone a first tried saying that he didn’t know how that happened but ended up saying that the shouldn’t have sold used AirPods as new. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS..

Worst business I've ever dealt with! I brought my phone in roughly a month ago for a broken screen repair. 2 days later the screen developed a black hole. I brought the phone back and had that fixed but then, the home button wasn't working properly and eventually stopped working altogether. There was also an issue with the battery as it started to die from 100% in 3-4 hours without being used. I brought my phone in for a third time and asked to have the home button and battery fixed. This time i got my phone back and immediately noticed the home button was broken in half and I was already upset having found out it was aftermarket and would not have finger print capabilities. My phone now restarts on its own, presses the home button function repeatedly on its own, and has a non functioning home button. I was told I would be notified when a new home button was in stock but never was. I brought my phone in for a fourth time to have the home button replaced again. I picked it up at the end of the day And was told they didn't have time to work on it. I then took my phone to a different shop and was informed that after market home buttons cannot be installed on this phone and that i need to get one from apple. The cost of an iPhone 7 home button repair from apple is $330 plus tax. Twice that of the screen repair I was charged. Now the owner will not reply to my email and i can not get in contact with them. Avoid this place!!!

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I brought in my phone for a screen repair that I was told would be done by the end of the day. Not only was it not done, but they had broken the battery. They kept giving dates that it would be ready, and continued to not meet the times they gave. It wasn't until I finally got my phone back that I discovered they broke my home button and never told me. I cannot navigate in and out of apps without a functioning home button. Save yourself the time & money do not use the North Bay Computer Doctors!

Very impressed with this business. Discuss and quoted the issue, fixed the issue in a couple of days. No hidden fees or massive diagnosis fee. Friendly service. Totally recommend to any person.

I took my laptop to this shop because the power source needed to be replaced, i already had the diagnosis. When I got it back i was told it had been tested and worked. When i got it home it did not work. I took it back and after they had it an additional couple of weeks i was told the motherboard was gone. Having taken it in knowing the diagnosis I was really taken aback. I took it elsewhere and it was sent out and they found that the motherboard connection had been damaged during the first repair attempt. There were screws missing and the motherboard connector was held down with tape placed by NB Computer Doctors. Contacted Sheldon to try and rectify the issue in terms of damages but was they could do nothing for me. I am out $300 due to my decision to try out Computer Doctors for repair.

Sheldon, the owner, tried to scam me and someone I know. He flat out lied. We were interested in buying an IPhone8+ he had listed for sale on facebook marketplace. He advertised it as new. But when I went to inspect it before buying, the guy at the counter told me that it had been used for awhile, with a broken screen that they fixed. He then opened it up in the back and fixed a bent part. I inspected it and noticed the screen had a discolored spot. So he had to fix that. I offered him less money because it wasn't new like advertised. Sheldon declined.Someone I know followed up without mentioning me and offered him less money. Sheldon replied that he was firm on the price because it was "brand new".I feel bad for whoever buys it, not knowing exactly what they're getting into. Be wary of Sheldon Forgette, the owner of Computer Doctors. He is a confirmed liar when it comes to business interactions.

So much easier to deal with than Apple. He took the time to explain what was wrong, and provided options. I will definitely go to them again!

Was able to immediate diagnose and solve an issue (regarding Comcast static IP) over a simple phone call. Will definitely use this service in the future!
