I had not 1, but 2 License Plate offices (Dobson, NC and Jefferson, NC due to Sparta, NC not answering their phone) tell me that I did not need to have a NC Drivers License to register my truck in North Carolina, due to me having 2 addresses, and would just have to fill out a special form that they have for that, yet the lady at the Sparta, NC Office denied the existence of this said form, and told me that the other office was wrong and that I do have to have a NC Drivers License. I will be getting my truck registered in Jefferson, NC tomorrow. The office in Sparta is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever been to, and I will definitely NOT be returning.
