Feedback:

On the map has perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received multiple email and phone call solicitations after I had already signed a contract with them. The monthly reports they provide are nothing but an excel spreadsheet. In the couple months that we were with them we saw a very minimal increase in traffic. They have no idea what they are doing.
