I've worked here for many years as a developer. One Yellow Tree makes the needs of its team members and clients alike a priority. They follow a value system that I live by which helps promote a healthy work environment and lifestyle. I see examples of One Yellow Tree making what's important to team members and clients important to them as well. They openly integrate new ideas and innovative systems. Everyone's voice is heard and everything is transparent. I love working here, because it doesn't feel like I work for a company. It feels like I work with a group of people who are so tight they're like family.

One Yellow Tree just finished designing our company's new website which launched yesterday. Talk about a refreshingly great experience. Following our initial meeting with Glenn, the team at One Yellow Tree got to work immediately. Ashley's enthusiasm and energy really kept the project in high gear and ahead of schedule. Her creative ideas turned out to be invaluable. We appreciated her eye in helping to sort and select the most suitable images from literally 100's of professional pictures submitted of our operations. Her expert help in continuously refining our layout and content ensured total satisfaction. Finally, before going live, our many time-consuming requests for the smallest of tweaks and revisions were seemingly always promptly handled with a smile over email.We certainly enjoyed the process from start to finish with One Yellow Tree and are very pleased with the final product.

FIRST OFF I want to point out the FOUR (4) of their reviews are out sourced and purchased, they are not organic reviews but purchased form one of many companies that write reviews for a fee. This should be your red flag number 1Make no mistake, this is a website development company, nothing more. I run a medium size company, we do about 14 million in sales per year, and we decided to have our marketing strategies run by an actually marketing company to allow our team more time to focus on growth and operations.I set up a meeting with the owner of One Yellow Tree, Eric Ferris, to review options and services for our fast growing company. The first indication that I had made the wrong decision was when I walked into their office and was surrounded by the retro 1990's ambiance. Having no sense of time was then translated into my having to sit and wait 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I was ushered into his highnesses office. I felt I was surrounded by disarray and chaos riddled with attitude. Being rushed through the meeting was not as bad as talking to the owner of a company who spoke to me in such a condescending manner, and without knowing anything about our company to boot. This guy had the naive audacity to tell me all the things we were doing wrong and how he was gonna fix everything without knowing one iota about our corporate vision or platform, how could he, he couldn't keep his lips together long enough to listen. The arrogance was beyond obnoxious. I was continually spoken over and spoken down to.When I asked pointed questions he side stepped them all, except those directed around web building and web hosting. I was expecting a company that could address all my marketing strategies, you know … a "marketing company", and it wasn't hard to see that they farmed out any job that was not related to web management. I left so frustrated by the whole thing. This company should not promote themselves as a marketing company if you cannot support everything they claim they can do. I was lead on and had my precious time repeatedly wasted by this company promising me things they were incapable of performing. This has nothing to do with cost, although they do charge significantly, presumably because they have to middle man most work not being able to do so in house.Finally, and surely, they must have better sales people than the owner who's arrogance and controlling demeanour reminded me of the soup nazi, as the face of the company. Put him in the broom closet where he won't have the off-putting result when trying to win a large account. If you want a web hosting/development company this is certainly one of ten thousand options for you. If you are looking for a company to partner with, that can develop actually marketing strategy including creation and deployment and that will be interested in your business more than their own, then stay away from the Yellow Tree. There's good reason the tree is yellow.
