Highly highly recommended to work with. We were originally contracted to another SEM Provider before OOM, and were having a tough time in getting consistent results from our campaigns and experienced many bouts of shabby work and poor follow up from our provider. In addition to that, we were paying higher admin fees and did not even have ownership of our own google ads account. Midway in to a campaign with another Company, we were then approached by one of OOM's sales staff, Rueben, who professionally helped us analyse our campaigns' performances and pointed out areas where it could be greatly optimized for better results. We eventually did engage OOM and have been using their services for almost a year. Even with a small budget, the OOM team has managed to use our funds well, helping us improve the consistency of leads coming in and even helping us increase our CTR from 2-3% to now 5-6%. In addition to that, there was a period where there were malicious links on our website, affecting our ads, and their team were on their toes to inform us immediately of such an issue, and even offered to help us clear it for no extra charge. OOM has presented no less than a professional yet sincere service, and our company is very happy and fortunate to be able to entrust them with our marketing budget.
