The Outerbox team came into our office a few weeks ago and we had a very productive conversation. They know their stuff and asked the RIGHT questions. We just traveled into Akron to kick off our project and meet the whole team. Very cool office space. (although construction in downtown Akron is a nightmare right now!)

I love the website they developed for us, check it out. OuterBox was able to accommodate or many colors and features of our complex product line. They also built in a dealer feature which improved our efficiency of managing dealer orders. We contracted the SEO work to them and within a few months our rankings shot up and web orders tripled. The cost of the website has already paid for itself.

I worked with OuterBox on developing my website last year, and they currently do my online marketing. The development process was much more complex than I had imagined, but Tim and Colin, and the rest of the team made it workable, and they led me through each step with such knowledge and guidance. When it came time for launch, they were incredibly attentive, and fixed every glitch that came up in a timely manner. Of course, there are bound to be problems but the point is, they fixed them. I am very pleased with how my marketing has gone as well. In the first 4 months after launch, they were able to increase my revenue year over year by 23%. That is unheard of these days. I highly recommend them, as they know their stuff and their service is the best I've found. I went through 3 web companies before landing on OuterBox.

Great experience. After several failed attempts with other developers and marketing firms, not to mention lost revenue and expenses. I then found Outerbox. Exceeded my expectations. Initially I was skeptical on investing as much captial as I did into my web presence since this is not my arena. Now I wish I would have sooner. Straight shooters, very honest, at first I was thrown back, they told me what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear. Thanks for all of your continued help.

I’ve been working with OuterBox for almost a year and they have done a great job. We started with a website audit, took action on on SEO and AdWords, followed by a discovery and scope to plan out our next move - which will be a new website. The monthly reporting has been helpful for us to modify our approach and foster additional leads. Nick and Justin, along with the rest of the team are very helpful and listen to our needs before they make a recommendation.
