The Place of Gathering will be a place for Cree youth and families in Edmonton, along those of other First Nations, to relearn their culture and heritage and develop into healthy women and men. This project will reap enduring benefits for all Canadians, and I am thankful to Justin and his team for their continued support of this incredibly important project.

Concord Security Corporation is a privately held B.C. owned company that commenced business in 1984. The company has been owned and operated by the same two Metro Vancouver families since inception. In mid 2014, a decision was made by Concord's management team, to hire an external consultant in order to improve the company responses to the numerous Request for Proposals that occur regularly in the security business. Outsource Marketing came highly recommended through a business associate, and the relationship started shortly thereafter. The Outsource team leader for Concord has been Justin Lacey from the beginning. Justin offers up not only his skillset, but also brings the resources of the entire Outsource Marketing team to the table. Ultimately, Outsource has been responsible for a complete overhaul to the Concord RFP response format and templates. On larger bids, they quarterback the entire process, including overseeing the content, layout, graphics, and most importantly, determining the 'approach message'. Justin interacts with the Concord management in a very professional and friendly manner, whilst guiding the company on a path to improve the win ratio of the RFP responses.To date, that win ratio for both existing and new client based RFPs has increased significantly. Concord firmly believes that Justin and the Outsource Marketing team are substantially responsible for this improvement. Their company is worthy of consideration for such a task.
