Tried for a week straight to reach them about my door motor. Eventually just gave up.

The service tech was not given all of the details of why we called for service so he did not have all parts needed to fix our problem. Despite that, he was very diligent and located the necessary parts on the truck of another installer for the company and went to obtain those and returned to completely resolve our problem that day. I was extremely pleased with his diligent efforts and will recommend the company in the future as well as them being my "go to" company whenever I may have issues with a garage door or garage door opener in the future. Very pleased customer!

Wow Overhead Door, I’m a very dissatisfied customer. I hired u to fix my door, it breaks 12 hours later and u tell me it will be 5 days before u can come fix ur mistake. Unlikely to ever do business with u again nor refer u. #OHD95

Person on the phone was very helpful to identify our problem. After a few days, we realized that the garage motor did not have a light bulb in it. I called to report it. I was told that they do not install the light bulbs. We were very disappointed. After 90 minutes from my phone call we had someone come out and put in a new light bulb.
