What a pleasure it was to work with Phillip and his team. One of the biggest reasons I wanted to use his services is that you can call them on the phone and actually talk to a live person instead of other companies that only have a contact us message form to fill out. There was no delay- his team went right to work on my project. John, who is part of the team was the specialist that was assigned to me. As john was working on my project he would immediately email me with any questions he would have and as soon as I answered him, he would implemented them right away. We've been working with Phillip and his crew at PMDG for a little over 2 months. We had little concept about what putting our products on Amazon would entail. In fact we had never heard of FBA and didn't even know what the initials meant. Our first approach with him resulted in Phillip telling us he really wasn't looking for any new clients at that time. Long story short, after meeting with Phillip in our exhibit at craft show in Summerville, SC we agreed to work together. He made it very clear that it was a building process and not like the hyped ads on TV.
