We used this company for our plans with rebuilding our house after Hurricane Michael. I have to say we keep getting more and more disappointed with them. I will say that the owner gave us $100 off, which we appreciated because our complaints were heard, because we had to wait an absurd amount of time for our plans when we were told our house was small they could draft it up in no time. We waited 8 weeks for plans. We have run into problem after problem thereafter. Here I am 5 months after my plans were finished by them still dealing with issues that stemmed from their plans. I’m a week out from moving into my brand new home and it’s being pushed back because multiple things were overlooked by whomever drafted our plans. Our contractor told us this was the most unprofessional plan they have seen. I understand the lack of man power and that is why I am reserved leaving a bad review but this was the final straw because issues stemming from the plans are making us push back our move in date. On a positive note, their customer service is very good, they replied to us very efficiently with any issues we had during the process, but the work itself is what we are unhappy with.
