I have recently switched printers to Paper Tiger and am so glad that I did. Robert and his wonderful team (Deb, Annie, all the rest) are so helpful and I just love working with them. They get my rush orders out and are very good about providing necessary feedback for my printing needs. I'm not a huge client of theirs, as I'm just starting out, but they always make me feel like I'm #1. 5 stars to Robert and his team at PT

I asked for 12 prints of color photos to be printed same day, the images came out so utterly terrible I was speechless. They were far too dark and gray/green in hue. I dont know how they could look at those prints compared to the digital files I gave them and be okay with the result. I was really hoping that they would come through with the same day printing but I was THOROUGHLY disappointed when I saw my prints. Will never EVER go to paper tiger again for simple photo prints.

Terrible customer service, a ton of hidden fees, and they charged me WAY more than my estimate over the phone, without any email confirmation after i specifically asked them for it. They printed the job anyways and seemed grumpy with me when I mentioned that I thought the way they handled it was unfair. Double the price as other places in town plus a stinky attitude.
