*NO LONGER FEEL THIS WAY* Just signed up with Paul Bunyan cable a few days ago. Could not be happier with my experience thus far. We just moved from Minneapolis and had to deal with the evils of Comcast/Xfinity. The fact that when you call in you are speaking to people at the Bemidji office is amazing and unheard of in this day in age. The customer service I’ve seen thus far is amazing!!

Currently awful internet. Mobile hotspot on my phone is leagues better than the internet they provide me. I'm typing this on my phone right now because the wifi isnt working and my TV looks like an abstract painting right now with how distorted the picture is. I'd give it a 0 if i could.

Trying to play Xbox one with my friend in bemidji and he can't connect. Can barely even load into a game. I swear people in the artic circle have better wifi then you provide. How about next time, when someone signs a contract with you. Have them put on some lip stick because people like to look pretty before they get fked.

Takes them way to long to set up internet services for businesses. Internet is like water, and setup only takes a few min. to a building already connected to the system. Some how every internet provider is so busy they need to schedule you weeks out. I think this should be a process worked on, or an express setup option should be an option.

I've dealt with pbtv for many many years and for the most part they're an extremely easy business to deal with. What I don't like the fact that I have to pay for a telephone line that I never used so instead of staying with that company I went to their competitor because all I needed was internet.
