Absolutely outstanding service! I placed a last minute order for a work anniversary plaque. Ben and his team had the plaque engraved and shipped to me in less than three hours so I could have it before my quick deadline! I've order from them many other times. They are always willing to go the extra mile to exceed your needs!

Very Poor. I will never order from this facility again. They messed up our school's order - where we gave them a large portion of business - and have done an absolute terrible job fixing the problem. Our order form was due in the beginning of October 2017. Stuff was supposed to be in by the first week of Nov. 2017. I got 1/3 of my order in the middle of November. Another one of the items in January. And I STILL have yet to receive my final item - currently APRIL 2018. Absolutely Terrible.

I have worked with Personal Touch Marketing & Manufacturing for the past 5 years! They have been absolutely amazing to work with. They give our company the best ideas for trade shows, apparel, vehicle decals, promotional gifts, and the list goes on and on! We get an insane amount of compliments on anything we have done by them. Breann is our contact through the years and she is AMAZING! She gets options back to us super fast. Personal Touch is an amazing company to work with for high quality products and designs when you really want to get your brand out there or even when looking at creating fun shirts for a team or cozies and fun thank you gifts for your wedding!

Highly reccomend. Staff is very professional and courteous. Get all of my business embroidery done here for last 15+ years. Orders have been on time and have always exceeded expectations. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, they jump through every hoop possible to make it right.

Personal Touch has always done a great job with anything we've ordered. Just with any business, mistakes do happen, however, they want to make sure the product they give you is what you've requested. They have always offered to fix any mistakes made without delaying the process of receiving the correct order. We have used them on multiple occasions including multiple orders of items for our wedding and we have always been extremely satisfied with the final product. They are a local company that does work just as great, if not better, than large, nationwide companies and they set themselves apart by offering exceptional customer service that most companies lack.
