Just got off the phone with the VP. He basically told me that we can't afford them when I said that their price tag for a new website, $20,000.00 - $30,000.00, was a lot higher than other places. They don't work with small business owners because small business owners don't have a big budget. He emphasized that he works with Wal-Mart and BIG companies. While I understand their business model, the delivery was quite poor and offensive.
