Eitan is very knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and most importantly, honest. All the paperwork was done quickly, accurately and on time. He gave me solid advice around mortgage insurance and a solid payment plan. He had all the answers around penalties, which TD wasn't able to give to me and patiently answered questions, even if they were repeats. I walked away feeling not only that he and I had made good decisions for my future but I also felt energized and motivated by his financial advice.

Eitan is an absolute pro and a master of his craft. I'll be referring friends and family to him in the future. "Mortgage broker" is too narrow a term and perhaps "Full service residential real estate professional" would be a better description. His expertise in reading and dissecting the depreciation reports and strata minutes for our potential purchase turned out to be extremely valuable to me in the days prior to submitting our offer on a townhouse. His style is intelligent, responsive and welcoming without any pressure or pushiness - you want this guy on your team!

This was not the first time I have dealt with a mortgage broker but it was my best experience. Paisley, of Pinsky Mortgages, was my mortgage broker and she impressed me! I have never experienced that level of service while purchasing a home. I contacted Paisley via email, as I do not live in Vancouver, and she made the process so easy and effortless..for me. Her expertise with the current technology enabled me to continue working my high demanding job, planning my relocation, searching for and purchasing my new home – all within 30 days!! Remarkable! Paisley is proficient, organized and a creative thinker. Paisley mapped out the whole process and provided me with detailed information on what I needed to do and when. She ensured all the steps were met in a timely manner and continuously communicated with me. She knew I was extremely busy and she kept me organized and on track. She was always two step ahead of me. I was working out of town and she organized an appraisal on my property and lined me up with a legal firm to complete paperwork when I returned home. Outstanding service!I shared this experience with my friends and colleagues and they too are impressed with the level of service I received. I highly recommend Paisley, and Pinsky Mortgages, to anyone who is thinking about a mortgage but specifically first time buyers as she lays out ALL costs, explains the process in detail and goes the extra mile to ensure that there are no unexpected surprises. She also provided an excellent personized strategy guide that shows how higher interest rates will affect me and how to proactively work to protect myslef against payment shock and the power of annual lump sum payments.
