It was a nightmare dealing with these guys. They're young, have a nice office and can relate to couples getting married. Everything is great until they get their main payment. They didn't edit our reception video at all, missed recording important footage (including my wife getting ready for our wedding!), delayed delivering the final product by over half a year and nearly refused to give a single Blu-ray copy unless we paid a few hundred dollars more.
