I’m not a photographer, my wife is. Every time I come in I’m always greeted in a friendly warm manner. Everyone is quick to help. When I went in to shop for a gift for my wife they were able to see what she currently owns and what products fit best and we’re very knowledgeable about their products and took the time to explain everything to me. The owner even helped me out tremendously. I love shopping here, I’ll definitely be back!

was not happy at all. i came in store today and was not greeted at all. she greeted others that came in after me. i knew what i wanted. i went straight to that item and saw a red tag on it. it said “special deal” on it. regular price and discounted price. well, there was nothing filled in the regular price area. but the discounted price was $249. (that’s the regular price. i did my research before i came in) i asked her. what was the original price for that item. she said $249 was the original price. then i asked her, then why do u guys have this special discounted tag on this item when it’s not even being discounted. she had NO ANSWER. she said it was for an event.... i was lost... i then got the item i wanted. it was for $249.99 + tax (7% in avon) came out to be $266.82. i gave her a gift card of $120. she deducted that and said the remaining balance is $166.82. i asked her why. she said because of sales tax. i already did the math and it’s that simple. i said, shouldn’t it be $146.82 instead? she gave me this aggravated look and just said “oh yeah.” did not apologize at all for miscalculation or did she just tried to rip me off by $20. very rude. i wouldn’t recommend this place. i’ll just buy everything online from now on. great price. great deal. and don’t have to deal with this obnoxious behavior.

My wife is a professional wedding & event photographer, and I'm a musician who enjoys concert video & photography as a hobby. Pixel Connection has been a great asset to both of us - providing new lenses, camera cleaning & calibration, and repairs. Their prices are competitive, service turnaround is very quick, and the sales team members seem genuinely excited about photography. I'm glad we gave them a try and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had to give this store 5 Stars because of the ownership alone, as they are probably the most gracious and beautiful folks I have ever met. They work really hard and the staff knows what they are talking about when it comes to anything related to cameras and drones and lenses for regular folks and lenses for the professionals. They offer a trade in program and that is the only problem I have observed on several occasions but again the owners and the way they treat you, trump that small quirk in their store. Again, if you are trading and moving up I would sell your camera privately as the staff lowballs your trade-in value in my humble opinion.

Great group of people who are very knowledgeable about cameras and photography. I've been to several demo talks by representatives hosted at the store and also bought numerous items from them. Yes, their prices might be higher than buying online, but you can't replace the one-on-one service.

Great customer service! Really pleasant to deal with. Items that were sold out everywhere else, they had in stock. I definitely recommend trying them first before going to Adorama or B&H. Fast shipping was a plus!

Dealt with Ihor through Facebook with an item that was constantly going out of stock and he let me know as soon as a couple of units came in stock and assured my ordered would go through for that batch. Great communication and service, definitely recommended!
