Terrible search options for buyers. The site looks descent but the main reason for the website is to keep buyers off of Zillow and use your site. Hard to do when there is hardly any filters or options for the buyer to really target in on what they are looking for. Didn’t figure this out until I was under contract and they held me to it no matter how unhappy I was with there service. Save your money and use an IDX site that has more features and no contracts. There’s plenary out there that are about the same price and offer a better product.

I gave them two tries and came to the conclusion that it's just not there yet. The IDX solutions were terrible. Inconsistent search results. Different active listing counts by zipcode vs. cities (with one zip code) and still not the amount reflective of MLS. Customer support and service are good. Ease of use and price point are also good.

Placester provides that quality based online solution with their professional web designs with easy functionality platforms. On occasion I have had customer service on the phone and they have been terrific, patient and ready with the answers I need to move forward. Placester online help center is filled with great ideas and videos that I am starting to implement and incorporate into my web site. A web site is a process to develop and is ever changing. Placester makes it quick and easy taking much of the guess work out of the equation. Terrific to work with. I highly recommend to any new agent or independent brokerage firm.
