This company has first and foremost, the most disrespectful, unprofessional owners you could ever imagine working with. Brett Bauman never had a problem trying to undermine me as a young, 25 year old woman with her own business. He nor his wife, Cheryl had no respect for me. Not only were they constantly throwing digs at me, but all the while they did everything, but get my site up and working. And now without a phone call, my website has been taken down. No warning, nothing. Brett and his wife, Cheryl, who is the only one who has left a 5 star rating for PlanetGuide on yelp by the way, think they can continue to get business and leave people losing thousands of dollars like they left me and several others with. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS AND DO NOT FEED INTO THESE LIES.They have done NOTHING good for my business!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are very unprofessional and just in it to steal your money!!! We have heard of several people now that they have taken their money and provided a terrible site that doesn't work properly and crashes! Seemed so pleasant at first but when it came down to really needing them t work with us on making the site how we wanted it and it to be functional they became rude and Unwilling to work with you. They do a 1 month contract so they aren't liable for anything but we won't quit until we get our money back! Do not let the do your site!

I am so pleased with the entire planet guide team. They accommodated all of my requests for my website and email. They made the entire transition Seemless. I highly recommend them.

Really awful experience. We hired them to host our work email and the guy came in on a Friday afternoon. He said it would take a few hours for the transition to his server. By Sunday afternoon it still wasn't working so I texted him and he said that he would change some settings and the problem would be resolved shortly. On Monday morning we still didn't have our work email so I texted the guy then spoke with him briefly. He said that we really should have told him over the weekend. (Um, Sunday is the weekend.) The next interaction was a text message saying "Because you are unhappy with the transition, we have transferred your email back to its original location." This left us in a bind without work email but that was exactly his point. He'll show us! When I called the guy back he said that he was not going to take "abuse" and that "no one hangs up on him." (Huh?? No one had hung up on him.) S*** happens. Maybe there was a good reason he couldn't do what he said he was going to do. But pointing out that what was supposed to happen had not in fact happened and that he was notified over the weekend isn't abuse. The problem was not our reaction. The problem was his inability to perform. One gets the impression that this is a guy who is not going to be wrong, ever. Beware.
