Plumb Marketing is the premier Direct Mail Marketing company in the Denver area. They create amazing marketing campaigns for their customers that generate outstanding results! I've worked with them as a mailing list vendor for many years and they are always a pleasure to work with. If you are looking to promote your business, you can't go wrong with Plumb Marketing.

Lack of accountability perhaps led to poor performance on our direct mail campaign with Plumb Marketing. Specifically, we spent $5k on 2,000 direct mail pieces with A/B testing. I specifically requested that our copywriter and I be included in the mailings to see and verify the quality. WE WERE NEVER ADDED. We also never received a single response from recipients.I then asked if we could get samples of the mailings and eventually received a notice from the USPS requiring that I pay the required postage at the local post office. I contacted my sales rep because of the gross error by Plumb Marketing and he said he would get back to me the following business day. 2 weeks later we have received no information. As for our account manager? I'm not sure if they can help us because all we've received is our invoice from them. That role should be better clarified as NOT an account manager but the Accounts Receivable rep for Plumb Marketing.In the end, I referred my existing friends and clients to other marketing professionals that can maintain accountability and professionalism.
