Placed an order on Monday 9, Sept 2019, never got any update on the order till I contacted them on Thursday 12, Sept 2019 since I didn’t get the tracking number mail, the customer care said they haven’t worked on my mail at all, let alone print or produce my order, my event is on the next day. I paid for express delivery and It’s my first time with them, I would never ever try them again so disappointing and my event is the next day.

I'm blown away at the quality and customer service that this company had. I had my order in 7 days after placing it. Amazingly fast service and great quality! Not so great at answering their phones though ;)

I contacted the company needing a quick turn around on a pop-up (a little more than a week). I was assured the order would get to me in time for the event as long as I paid for expedited shipping, which I did. After I placed the order and approved the artwork, I didn't hear anything about the product shipping. I repeatedly followed up with my account manager to only find out the day I had asked for the pop-up to arrive that the order had not shipped. Needless to say, I didn't have what I needed for the event and will not use the company again!

This place has missed two shipping deadlines for me over the last two weeks - plenty of time to ship, promised to ship then suddenly the day of the event - "I couldn't ship this out on time" - do not use them. There are plenty of pull up companies who actually care about getting things on time - oh, and the supervisor I called to talk to and said would call back - didn't.
