We did not get the service promised. Everything was extremely late and communication is a real joke. They then mailed us all the Postcards directly and never did a mailer. I am filing a complaint with the US Postal Service and the Florida Attorney General Florida BBB today. I am also messaging any bad reviews and suggest they do the same. Complete waste of money ($2400) for something that cost them less than $400, they were late on and never mailed 1 postcard to 1 customer. WATCH OUT!!

Super impressed by PostcardMania. As a small business owner it is difficult to navigate marketing in today's direct / electronic marketing. Being a pretty hands on guy I looked at a Pitney Bowes machine to do my own stamping, then looked at post cards, labels, and even dabbled with Facebook marketing. When I discovered what PostcardMania offered a combined solutions with in-house experts I was completely amazed and impressed. The entire process is seamless and simple. Doing all of this on my own would have cost far more than working with PostcardMania. Aside of the process, I love the people. I have never felt pressured to buy any service or add-on. A simple suggestion gets my mind moving and they answer questions, provide no nonsense quotes and they let me decide. If my answer is no, then no big deal. If I answer yes, they just right on it and get to work for me! As a small business I have my own fantastic marketing team just an email or phone call away. I look forward to growing my business with this group!

We have used PostCard Mania for years and have always had a good customer experience with them. Every person I have worked with has been pleasant and professional. Cortni Claar is our current Account Manager and she is always a delight, knowledgable, and on top of what we need to do for our next mailing. Derek Schweibold is our Digital Marketing Specialist and he also goes above and beyond to help.

We had a horrific experience. Postcards were mailed out using a tracking number that didn't go to the school. Some little old lady received all 17 of the phone calls that we supposedly received. After the contract was ended I had to call multiple times to cancel the "everywhere small business" package because we kept getting billed despite canceling multiple times. The worst part was ZERO concern or accountability by anyone at postcard mania. ZERO return phone calls from management or sales reps. ZERO offers to make things right. The attitude every time I call is "so sorry too bad. I'll cancel your account" and then the next month I would have to call all over again and have the same conversations all over again.

After spending nearly $1400 with Postcard Mania no leads were generated within a 3 month period. We were then notified by a customer via social media that our online marketing campaign had misspelled words which made our company seem completely unprofessional. I contacted my sales representative to advise our campaign wasn’t as successful as we hoped so we wouldn’t be continuing after the 3 month period. Then I receive a email that they charged an monthly maintenance of $450 to keep the ads running. When I contacted Postcard Mania I was placed on hold for an extended period of time and then the call disconnected twice. Please do your research before initiating a campaign with this company!
